JUDr. Miroslav Černý

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Miroslav started to work in the field of real estate. Together with his partners from IQ SERVIS, a.s., he has been involved in the significant success of the CENTURY 21 brand in Slovakia through his development projects since 2010. He has created a stable team that continues to provide real estate services at a high level. The natural continuation of the story was the creation of the brand MYRAPOINT → MYRA., becoming a partner in our consulting company MYRABIZ.

He has been in the Real Estate segment for 15 years. Thanks to this, he has managed to create a system of work that allows the customer to fully rely on his real estate agent. He insists on always offering clients a trustworthy environment to deal with real estate transactions.

He was behind the sale of several office buildings, production and operational areas, land for development projects, or the sale of apartments in the Rezidencia Centrum Košice project. Miroslav also has experience in the specific field of hotel sales.

He gained his work experience during many years of working in the banking and leasing sector in various positions within the project finance and sales departments. After university, he supplemented his focus with several years of study in economics in Sydney.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, majoring in accounting and auditing.
